Our offer

General Mega Travel Sp. z o.o. is a Tour Operator and a Travel Agency, a Member of Polish Chamber of Tourism, and acts under the laws of Poland. In all matters not regulated by this document the laws of the Republic of Poland apply and should be arbitrated by courts adequate for the Poland Tour's seat.

Bookings
Your booking should be sent in writing via e-mail and will be confirmed (if Mega Travel is able to do so) on receipt of your deposit of 30%, unless it is specified differently. You will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost, which is payable no later than 45 days prior to the beginning of package. If bookings are made within 45 days of the beginning of package, payment in full is required on confirmation of the booking. If your balance is not paid at the specified time (unless previously arranges with Mega Travel in writing) Mega Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Method of payment
Mega Travel will accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card via special panel on Mega Travel’s website: www.go2poland.travel.pl in Payments Online section.

Changes and cancellations by you to your travel arrangements
If after confirmation has been issued you wish to change any part of your travel arrangements, Mega Travel will make every effort to help you do this, subject to availability and the type of ultimate product suppliers (airlines, car-hire companies, hotels etc) you have chosen. Mega Travel cannot guarantee to be able to meet any such requests. Where it possible, an amendment fee of up to 50 EUR per element altered will be payable together with any costs or charges incurred by us and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers. Should you wish to cancel the booking after it has been accepted, Mega Travel must be notified in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day we receive either written confirmation from you.

In case of cancellation by you the following charges will be drawn (calculated on the day written notification is received by Mega Travel and expressed as a percentage of the total price):
46 days or more: the cancellation fee 100 EUR per booking
45 – 30 days: the deposit (30%)
29 – 15 days: 60%
14 – 8 days 90%
7 days and less: 100% unless it is specified differently.

Itinerary variations
Slight changes in the day-by-day itinerary may occur, due to local conditions and/or unexpected operational difficulties beyond our control. Also, should it be necessary, local suppliers reserve the right to substitute tours, performances, meals, etc. with those of equal or better value, with no further obligation.
Force majeure Mega Travel cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from war or terrorist activities, weather conditions, fire, flood or drought, airport closures, rescheduling of means of transport, or any other eventuality which may delay or extend the holiday.
